It is hoped that the public will be interested in utilizing these products in fulfilling the needs of information. This study evaluates the promotions that have been carried out by the library of Muhammadiyah University of Magelang (UNIMMA) by using descriptive qualitative methods. The result shows that the promotions have not reached all academicians, especially in utilizing the UNIMMA digital library. This research was conducted with a descriptive research approach . The data collection method used in this study is through the observation method and is supported by data collection through the library research method. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the findings of observations in the field with the theories obtained in the library research method, then synthesis was carried out to find a concept. The results of this study indicate that the form of the role of knowledge dissemination that can be carried out by the Sapa Pustakawan service at the IAIN Kudus Library is 1.) being able to provide knowledge to users to have the ability to search for correct information in print and digitally/online. 2.) able to provide knowledge to users about how to utilize and use reference manager tools applications such as Zotero or Mendeley applications. 3) able to provide knowledge to users to have the ability to avoid plagiarism of scientific work. In this study, it was also known that due to the uncontrolled covid-19 pandemic, the IAIN Kudus Library took a policy to further simplify the role of the Sapa Pustakawan service. Salim <p><em>The Sumedang Larang Palace Library has a collection for the advancement of Sundanese culture and limited human resources are a critical threat to the organization. This research needs to be done to find out individual knowledge that becomes organizational knowledge, so it is necessary to conduct knowledge management research at the Sumedang Larang Palace Library. This study aims to identify the implementation of knowledge management in the Sumedang Larang Palace Library. The results show that the management of the library at the Sumedang Larang Palace Library is still simple. Tacit knowledge is stored by the library manager and has not been documented as explicit knowledge. The ebook management managed by Unnes Library aims to provide ease in searching for information such as pictures, documents, as well as databases in digital formats quickly, precisely, and accurately. Collection on a digital library is not limited to electronic documents substituting print books alone, but collection is emphasized on the contents of information, the type from the documents to the results of its tracing. ebook management is essentially an ebook cataloguing program itself. The software stores countless ebook files in a database along with its metadata. eBook is the equivalent of conventional books, the difference in writing is inside digital media. The ebook is read through certain software, commonly referred to as the ebook reader. Even ebook file formats vary, some are pdfs that can be opened with acrobat reader. There are also html-shaped, openable ones with browsing/internet exploration. ebook is an electronic version of a printed book, if the book is generally composed of paper sets while ebook is digital information that can contain pictures or text. In the digital age ebooks began to be in demand because they were small in size, easily accessible anywhere, had more interesting search features, too, the words could be easily as well as quickly rediscovered when searched. Further, it describes the academic librarian's challenges in developing countries to meet the academic community’s demands. The approach used is the author's personal experiences as an academic librarian. The data were taken from students' questions on personal communication by WhatsApp and Email, then reviewed by the author to find solutions. A review of current literature about the topic deals with issues presented scientifically. This paper's results explain academic librarians' efforts in carrying out their roles during the Covid-19 pandemic. The attempts implemented in the central library of Universitas Sebelas Maret enhance library website content and online consultation services.
